Day 14 - Feb 12. North Island. Taranaki 'round the mountain' circuit - a five day trek right around the Mt Taranaki (Egmont) volcano. Day 1 - North Egmont visitor centre to Holly Hut. Started off in rain and mist but it gradually brightened and Taranaki put in an appearance towards sunset.
