Entrance to the Sixth Form college building (GA Studio Architects 2014).

It faces directly north-east so the sun was in entirely the wrong direction
to get a decent photograph.  I will have to go back in May or June,
and fairly early in the morning, to get the sun on it.

The War Memorial.

Architect: Percy Howard.  Sculptor: J. Ashton Floyd.

The memorial was unveiled on the 16th September 1922.  During the
ceremony, a wooden viewing platform collapsed and 40
people fell 20 feet, some being seriously hurt.
