The Potato Wharf 'fake' apartment block.
The Potato Wharf development was planned to be two blocks of apartments.
The first was completed but the second was just a concrete shell when the recession
hit and work ceased.  After complaints about the unfinished building being an eyesore
the developers covered it with fabric, printed to look like the completed building.
